House Groups

Are you looking for something more than a simple Sunday morning service normally provides...? Perhaps you want to get to know your church fellowship a little better, or you fancy a night in with friends, then how about joining one of our Church house groups?

House groups are the heart of our church, they provide the perfect small setting to meet with friends, a place of support and encouragement, and a place to know and to be known.

Within our Church we have various house groups that meet regularly. One is a follow on from the Alpha course, some are longstanding, while others come and go to meet people's various needs and we are always ready to help start a new one!

All our house groups operate in different ways, so be encouraged to try and find one that suits you. During a typical house group evening you might worship together, pray for each other, and have a time of sharing or teaching or maybe just a meal and an evening of socialising. House groups may also organise away days, social activities, mission activities blessing the local community or communities further a field.
Essentially house groups are places where we can belong, receive pastoral care, grow in our faith and have fun!

Should you wish to try a house group you can obtain a list of current groups from the welcome stewards, or talk to one of the church stewards, or contact Neil Grenyer, on 01332 864958. Having obtained your list of house groups feel free to contact the group leaders and have a chat.

There are various house groups that meet at different times throughout the week - some in the evenings, others during the day. Hopefully you can find a group that suits you. Alternatively there may be an opportunity to start a new group... please talk to the stewards for any assistance.
